AccountRight Update 2019.2

Just updated today to the AccountRight 2019.2 and have lost all my customerised invoice, how can i fix this?????

We are currently aware of an issue with customise forms in AccountRight 2019.2 which will result in the incorrect form being used when customising and/or when emailing/printing. This is something that we have raised as a high priority issue with our product development teams to investigate and resolve at the earliest.

 

More information and a temporary workaround that has worked for some client can be found on Customise form usage in AccountRight 2019.2
