Hi there Peter,

This sounds like it could be an issue with the library browser - are you able to find the file through the AccountRight Live library browser (i.e. in-product)?  If so, I'd recommend giving our product support team a buzz so that they can help step through why AccountRight Live cannot find the local file. Once it's solved for the product it could cascade down to the API too.

Accountright 2017.2 and API

Have just been upgraded to 2017.2.

 

It is locally hosted, so do not even suggest is it a cloud issue.

 

When I go to 

http://localhost:8080/accountright/

there is no entry for the company file.

 

All the sample files and data are there, and the last entry for the "company data" is for 2015.1....

 

I have done some research...someone on a previous post asked whether it had been added to the company file....what does this mean?

Is there a system option that should be turned on to make the company file accessable to the API?

 

Something simple I am sure, but I cannot see it Smiley Sad
