Hi there

 

Just clarifying some information here.

 

We don't expire & there for don't need to reacativate keys.

 

If you are getting a 403 error there will be two key reasons:

  • You are using an API Key that is outside your initiall allowance (eg your 3rd key) that doesn't auto activate, and we've not activated it yet
  • You are not passing the CFToken credentials correctly for the specific company file.

Hi There,

 

I have the same issue here, I am connecting using java ,  I am able to get an authorisation however when I try to get the company file I receive 403 Forbidden error.

 

Could you please help.

Thanks for writting. I have had a look at your API keys and re-activated your them from our end. Give it another go, I'm sure you will see success this time round. Let me know how you go. Smiley Happy

Accountright cloud api

I am trying to use your test applications, I have tried both PHP and Windows Forms to connect.  In the Windows form application I have created a Project with the redirect http://desktop. I am able to get an authorisation however when I try to call var cfsCloud = new CompanyFileService(_configurationCloud, null, _oAuthKeyService) I receive a 403 Forbidden. 

 

Is there something wrong with my account??
