Accountright live file - customer retiring 30 June 2020

My client is almost retired, in fact the income has already stopped and the MYOB file will only be required to enter data until 30 June 2020 for the EOFY adn then the file won't be required as active anymore.

My question is:  can the file be taken off the cloud now and not incur any more monthly fees @ $20 per month to help them save money (that they aren't earning)?
