What is the treatment of the payment of an expense that has been capitalize?

You should be talking to your Tax Accountant.

It is important to understand why an expense is capitalised.

Also the ATO has immediate write-off concessions for small business.

 

An expense that has been capitalised is treated as a Non-Current Asset and depreciated.
