Hi there @MattGutterClean,

 

That looks like an ApiCommunicationException from our .NET Sdk - is that correct? If so, there should be an Errors field on that exception so that you can catch the exception and debug the error detail.

 

That errors field contains the JSON data/error that we return so it should contain the reason that the API call is failing. If you continue to encounter an error, could you send us through all the details to developers@myob.com and we'll be able to help out.

Communication Error while accessing api

Encountered a communication error (https://ar2.api.myob.com/accountright/2d2a2565-3875-4cd6-9bed-fd381ce85e83/Contact/Customer/)

 

 

i am trying to add customer using the customer service but unable to get rid of this error .  i have provided the valid api key and secret and companyfile but not able to save customer.
