Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

I recommend contacting our developers on developers@myob.com and providing them with the API key that you are trying to use, to have them look into why you are experiencing that error.

DEVELOPER INACTIVE with my API Key and secret

Hi MYOB

 

I just started to use the Essential API for my customer project. 

 

However, when I wanted to connect and retrive the data from the account, it always shows Developer Inactive

 

Can you help to active my developer account?

 

Below is the API key I am using:
