The API team have been on leave over the holiday season which might explain why you've not heard back. You mentioned that you've emailed the developer support inbox - do you have a 5 digit ticket number that we can follow up for you this week?
Developer inactive errors come down to three possible causes:
- The x-myobapi-key header is missing or incorrect.
- The API key you've provided is inactive (possible if you've created new/additional keys recently).
- The API key needs to be explicitly activated to access an API (e.g. for Exo).
If your x-myobapi-key header is definitely correct then we'll be able to take a look at your key for you if you can pop it through to email@example.com or let us know an existing ticket number.
I am having issues with my API for MYOB EXO – integrating with Woo commerce on our website. AND YES... I have emailed support - but I haven't heard back as yet.
I looked into API problems. During our check, we found this error from MYOB : Error - Developer Inactive.
Can you please tell me if the error is relating with my API Key? Are you able to please double check on API key & other parameters, to see If they are all valid?
