Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


I have taken a look at your my.myob account access and based on my understanding I actually think you may have access to that Developer tab already however it is on a different 'account'.


I would recommend logging into your my.MYOB account and in the very top right do you have a drop down so you can select another 'account'? If so, I would recommend making sure that David Nelson - 901xx07 is selected.  This is the 'account' with your developer serial number is listed and therefore is the one that contains the Developer tab.

Developer Tab Not Visible

Hi All,

I have requested API access and received the sandbox confirmation email already. But when I log in into the still I can't see the developer tab. Therefore I can not continue to my API testing.

Can you please look into this ASAP as I have registered for a trial product and it's already running out of the trial duration.
