Error when updating to 2019.2.1

Hi there,

 

I am trying to update to 2019.2.1 from the MY Myob site and I continually receive an error stating 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package MYOB.AccountRight.API.AddOnConnector.Installer.ms in the box below' (see image attached).  

I have done a search on my computer for that folder containing the installation package and changed the folder to it however I am still receiving this error.  

Can someone please assist?

Thanks for posting on the community forum.

 

Are you able to try the Server Edition?  You can find the download link for this here- MYOB Software Downloads.

 

If this fails I would recommend contacting IT as it may be trying to use the system folders which might be redirected to a network host.
