JournalLine_InvalidAccount Error

I have this error when trying to post a credit refund.

 

My guess is that it is complaining about the account of the refund, however, I see no problem with it. the Account is set to a Bank Account which the refund is drawn from.

 

Can anyone please let me know what is the possible error.
