Thanks for reaching out. Last week we made a security change to our API meaning we will no longer accept connections using TLS1.0. As @Triboss has said, you will need to update the SDK and ensure you are using TLS1.1 or greater.

Upgrading the AccountRight API from 2016.2.99 to 2018.1.144 fixed this for us.

I am receiving a communication error this morning. "Login Ex: Encountered a communication error (https://api.myob.com/accountright)
Are there any known issues?
