Developer tab is visible on my.myob site. We will start integrating the system.

Hi there @OMS,

 

Thanks for the clarification. I've had a look at your account and made a few changes - you should hopefully now be able to see the Developer tab in your my.MYOB account, when you log in using the e-mail address you use to sign into the MYOB Community Forum.

We had already signed up for API access about 1 week ago on November 7, 2016. And we have already got sandbox invitation.

 

The signup for API access on friday was accidental and can be ignored.

 

We require developer tab to be active which is not visible on my.myob site so that we can access API code and secret key. This has been taking couple of days and we need this urgently to integrate with our web application.

Hi there @OMS,

 

I've just chased up on this issue for you and can see that your API access request was received on Friday. Please note that it takes, on average, 48 - 72 hours (excluding the weekend) for this to be processed. As such, you should hear back regarding your Developer access in the next couple of days. If that doesn't happen, please do let us know so we can investigate this further for you.

Registered for accessing apis , Got invitation email from MYOB. Clicked on invite button. 

But, no developer tab on my.myob.

 

Has something been missing or is it setting up?

MYOB API access registration

Hi @Steven_M

 

Tried to register for API access. Already have my.myob login.

 

Step 3 = email invitation from MYOB re sandbox company file

 

Step 3 has not occured yet. It has been over 3 days.

 

Can MYOB advise if further info is required to check anything, or if there is a delay at its end?
