MYOB INTERGRATION - CACHE ERROR

We use CRM called Myflo and we infrequently get the following error and it keeps going for days at a time.

We clear cache on each PC that is getting the error but it doesn't fix the problem.

Has anyone got a fix for this?

customer service support required - MYOB INTERGRATION - CACHE ERROR

We really need help with this problem we are having - is it MYOB or is it our third party intergration.

We have been unable to inport sales, purchases and payments to MYOB for 1 month.

We really need help.

Hi @SandraJorgo , the log includes an error reading "OAuth token is invalid", whcih means that the app cannot connect to the company file/s any longer. Your app should include an option that you use to connect to your company file/s, and with luck it will include an option to test the connection/s. If that test fails, you may need to reset your connection/s, and your vendor should be able to advise on that.
