We did experience an issue with the API, as noted on our forum post 12/6/2020 - Online AccountRight API Incident. This issue has been resolved and users of the API should be able to access the API.

 

If you were still having issues I recommend contacting the API support team on developers@myob.com for more assistance

MYOB SSL certificate expired

As of yesterday evening, our customer integrations are receiving the following error in our logs:

 

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

 

We would appreciate a fast resolution to this issue as it is affecting those customer which export to MYOB.
