The original post here was having an issue because they were using an API Key that was inactive.
If you are having this issue, please check that your API key is valid and active (note: only the first 2 keys on any account auto-activate. Any future keys need to be reviewed an activated)
Feel free to raise a support ticket with your API Key details and the team can look into it.
