Thanks for posting on the community forum.

 

A timeout error is generally caused when AccountRight is being asked to process more information than it can handle in a particular timeframe. As you are receiving a timeout error, you can try applying the timeout extender as detailed on our post- AccountRight Timeout Extender

If you continue to receive the timeout error after applying the timeout extender then the next step would be to reduce the amount of information being processed.

Just a quick update on this matter, we have just been advised of an outage affecting certain clients with timeout errors, this is currently being looked at by our incident team.

 

We are investigating server that is experiencing some performance issues when using their company files. 

Impact: AU & NZ clients

Workaround: Clients can download file and use it locally or wait up to 30min and try again
