Hi  Jack,

 

I have provided UID corresponding to "Undeposited Funds" account and it worked.

 

Though It took me a long time to figure out how to get existing list of Accounts so that I could grab UID for "Undeposited Funds" because I could not find any details pertaining to that on MYOB AccountrightAPI documentation.

 

Anyways it is working fine now.

Hi there Swati.
If you provide the "Account": {"UID": "ACCOUNT UID"} field and provide the Undeposited Funds account does this work?
If not - drop us an email at developers@myob.com and we can take a closer look.

Unable to Save Customer payment details for an invoice - Accountright API

Hi,

 

I'm trying to save customer payment details for an invoice into MYOB thru my c# application.

 

I have set DepositTo property = UndepositedFunds for CustomerPayment object but still I'm getting error which says "a Account is required".

 

I have read in MYOB Accountright API that if mentioning UndepositedFunds  then it is not mandatory to provide Account UID. Then why am I getting error for not providing the account details

 

Please provide the solution.
