Hi there @nakul93,

This sounds like something the team at SmartReports should be able to help you out with. If perchance they need our assistance with data from the API then the SmartReports team will have error details that we can use to help them solve this for you.

I'd recommend reaching out to SmartReports as the next steps to get this resolved.
