Unable to see non-upgraded files with the local API for AccountRight 2019.3

Hi All,

 

We have identified an issue with local API with in the initial AccountRight 2019.3 release. This results in the local API not being able to pick up any files that have not been upgraded.

 

As of today (Monday 9th September), we have released a new installer which addresses this issue.

If you have installed the AccountRight 2019.3 version prior to this date, we do recommend that you uninstall 2019.3 and download a fresh installer of 2019.3 from your my.MYOB account and install using the new installer.

 

Do note, while this only affects the Local API, we do recommend that all users complete a reinstallation of AccountRight 2019.3.

 

The correct build number for AccountRight 2019.3 is 2019.3.22.8029. You can check this by opening an AccountRight file in AccountRight 2019.3. Then going to the Help menu and selecting About AccountRight.
