AccountEdge Pro upgrade to AE NE 27.0.5C doesn't work

The title says it all.

 

Have been running MYOB for decades and are extremely familiar with the upgrades.  We are upgrading from AccountEdge NE 26.0.13.3, and the new version's data file upgrader  27.0.5C does not recognize our company file as a company file.

 

Tried everything and am now downgrading to 26.0.13.3 because our business is now dead in the water.  This product is in a very sad state of affairs.

Welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

I noticed that in the screenshot it shows the product name is AccountEdgeNE.US, can you please confirm if you are using the US AccountEdge software? The reason being this forum is for Australian/New Zealand products only, the US AccountEdge software belongs to a different company.

 

Our AccountEdge serial numbers starts with 61 or 64, the latest version of AccountEdge available is v18.7. Please note that it's not compatible with Apple's newer operating systems, including Catalina and Big Sur. As the result MYOB no longer support AccountEdge from 1 April 2022.
