Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, really didn't want to buy a second Mac just for the other file.

Hi @Terri_23

AccountEdge certainly allows the user to run multiple company files on one computer. You just need to select Browse on the Welcome Window to open the required company file. If you need to set a new company file up it can be done through File>>New or via the Company File Maintenance option on the Welcome Window.

It should be noted that natively the AccountEdge app doesn't allow for multiple company files to be opened at the same time. If you want to open another file you would need to close the file and then open the other file. You wouldn't be able to switch between the two without opening through the Open process.

Kind regards,
Steven

Thanks Steven, I was hoping to leave them open at the same time.
