Cancel Subscription

Can somebody please help me cancel my subscription?  I have been on hold for an hour and 20mins now waiting to talk to someone. I have tried calling on Friday and Monday also. Same thing everytime, on hold for ages. I tried an online chat today only to be told that department had gone home and it wasn't even 4pm.
