Confirming the myob file

Unable to confirm file online as I used to

Tried to call the no provided 1300664585 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Recorded msg saying that I have called outside office hours....???

I'm using Accounting V14/Accounting V14plus (yes the old version and I still like it and do not want to change)

Yes thanks Steven - I was able to confirm the company file eventually - waiting time was a bit long - started with the mobile but then changed to land line instead when realising that the wait might be long!! Smiley Happy
