Hi,

AccEdge Pro V 18

please see 2 screen shots .

I used payroll w/e 26/02/21 without any problems  to pay employees.

I have recently  rolled over end of year 2019-2020 to start a new year 2020-2021, cant work out why this  year end is showing 2023 & not able to be changed .Please help , thank you regards

Hi @Marcon 

Looks like since you last processed payroll we 26/2/21, some has started a new payroll year which has changed the current payroll year from 2021 to 2022. The screens you are showing is what you would do if you wanted to change the payroll year again to 2023 - which you don't want to do.

To check the current payroll year, see Setup > General Payroll Information

The best thing to do is to restore the most recent backup taken while the file was showing current payroll year as 2021.
