Suddenly unable to confirm company file Account Edge Basic V5

I just run a very simple Account Edge Basic V5 on a MacBook - I finally upgraded from V1 last August.    Have had no trouble confirming online each month.    I do my BAS monthly.    Suddenly this month it tells me it is unable to confirm and so I have tried the automated phone version and put the Serial Number and Company File Code that appears on screen, put in the given Code but then it tells me it's wrong and won't go any further.    I've tried phoning but I haven't got up to an hour to sit on the end of the phone.    It seems suspiciously like it doesn't like the new year!

I've made a change to your account which should allow you to confirm that company file online, we were showing as your serial number still being on that earlier version.
