Upgrade AccountEdge Pro to Business Essentials

I'm trying to get our file upgraded to Business Essentials so that we can keep using our Mac but after submitting a request for a callback 2 weeks ago I still haven't heard anything. Is there another way to contact MYOB to get our file converted over and start using Business Essentials? I've been on hold for 30 minutes so far, so thought I'd try the Community whilst waiting Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear about this. Can I please confirm where you submitted the call back ? Also, can you please confirm your last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can look into this for you.

I'm having troubles locating that serial number, can you please send me a private message with your product serial number and confirmation of where you submitted the call back form so I can look into this.
