Advisor Report page not loading

Hi

 

When I log in to a client 'New Report' the reports page does not load?

Hi @Ferrari1,

 

Thank you for your post and a warm welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

 

MYOB Advisor is currently not supported on Internet Explorer and Edge, so could you please confirm the details of the browser you were using. And please try again using Chrome or Firefox.

HI Suja

 

Thank you for your reply I have tried both Chrome and Firfox still no luck, it seems like it's taking you into the report and then the hour glass keeps turning and nothing loads waited up to 10 min nothing.

Could you please confirm if you have access to other ledgers, and if so, do you face the same problem with those ledgers as well?

Hi Suja

 

Unfortunately no luck still, I have tried on 3 different computers in different locations across both firefox and chrome. Al I am getting is Myob Advisor top Left and then the hour glass keeps thinking nothing else loads.
