I am using the 19.5 MYOB Plus.
I have two company files and one of them keeps trying to confirm the company file
I rang you help desk and you disconnected the call
I also tried the chat and started typing in the message and that disconnected as well.
I rang the activation phone number got a voice recording and the call disconnected.
One company file is working but the other one isn't. I've always had the same serial number
I hope your servers haven't been hacked.
We are currently investigating an issue with our servers that has a direct impact on the activation and confirmation service.
We hope to have it resolved at the earliest. I'll keep you updated via the following post - Unable to confirm files - 18/06/2019.
