Atlas domain renewal not working

Hi

I  thought that i had renewed my domain name (it was showing as processing) turns out it didnt renew!, having just figured this out and now trying to puchase it again - name is availabe, but the atlas site just doesnt go anywhere, it sits on shopping card page and wont progress to take my $????  any ideas?

Sorry guys, I cancelled this website and got a new one elseware. Their support is not good. You can take your domain with you to a new site.

I have managed to get the payment to work and my site says that i have purchased the domain name ....but its not working as a website (i thought that it might refresh overnight but it hasnt!)....  (servier IP address cant be found!)
