Cancelling atlas website and migrating domain name

I've had my atlas website for a couple of years now, I signed up because there were a number of features listed that appealed to me - only to find out these features actually are not available! I've since found a different provider, that can fulfil ALL of the things I want from a website, but cancelling my Atlas website and migrating my domain name/emails is proving to be extremely difficult. I have emailed and havent heard back, there is no number to call, so how can I do cancel? How can I migrate my domain name? I click on settings, domain names, and Im given a password which I have passed on to my new provider, and they said it doesnt work... Any tips??

I can see that you've emailed the Atlas support inbox earlier today, there's generally a 24-48 hour turn around for Atlas emails, we do try our best to reply to all emails as soon as possible.

I'd also like to cancel my myob website.  Can you advise what the process is to cancel please?

Thank you for your post. Cancellation requests will need to be made via the Atlas email, this is atlas@myob.com.
