Domain Name Expired

Hello to all.  Can you please tell me how I can pay for my now expired domain name.  This is our Company email address and now no one is getting emails and I am wearing the brunt of it.  Please help.

Re: Domain Name Expired

Hi @Waterpr00fing

MYOB Atlas has shut down since 1 Oct 2022, we no longer provide any domain name services including renewals. Any domain names still required needed to be transferred away from us to another registrar, so it can be used with websites built elsewhere and have new email services set up. Please find more details on this Help page: MYOB Atlas has closed.

I'd also like to clarify that MYOB Atlas offers the email forwarding service, this is part of the paid subscription feature. The domain emails created from this aren't full email addresses that can be logged into or transferred, email forwarding should have stopped when your Atlas subscription ended (all Atlas subscriptions ended on 30 Sep 2022), it seems that email forwarding wasn't stopped properly for you, which wasn't meant to be. Please do look into setting up a new website and email services elsewhere.

For the expired domain name, you can try transferring it to another registrar who accepts expired domains, or wait until it full expires which then gets released to the market, then you can re-purchase it from a registrar of your choice, or purchase a different domain name to set up email services with. If you have any further questions, I'd suggest emailing atlas@myob.com with the domain name information.

Kind regards,
Clover
