I paid my renewal on the 1st June 2019. Atlas is still saying that the renewal is pending. I also emailed you last weeek with a copy of the Bank Receipt. I have had no reply to that email even though i requested one. Can you please correct this error.
If you are emailing with regards to anything relating to your MYOB Atlas site, please ensure your emailing our Atlas support team on email@example.com. Other email addresses do not support MYOB Atlas and as such may not be actioned. I’ve checked with our team and I’m not able to see any emails from you in that inbox.
That said, I’ve raised a ticket with the back end team to get that domain renewed for you.
Yes same thing was happening to me. Just ignore the email if you've already paid, it's junk and not even actually from official MYOB.
