Domain Name renewal issues

Hi folks,

 

Attempted to renew our domain name through our Atlas website, but apparently payment did NOT go through, (had exactly the same issue last year) and the website now cannot be accessed. Please help us? Website is workingglass.co.nz.

Hi @WorkingGlass 

 

We have changed some settings in our system and you should be able to renew the domain now by going to Site Settings>>My Domain Names and clicking on Renew button for the specific domain. However, please note that the checkout page shall auto-populate your credit card details stored in your payment profile and if the details are out of date or expired, please update it first via Site Settings>>My Account>>Update Billing details, then try renewing again as the correct details shall be populated.
