Domain name purchase-payment just spinning, spinning

Trying to renew our Domain name, payment just keeps spinning. All details are correct & credit card is the same as last year.

 

I had the same issue last year, sad to see this still isn't fixed.

Got sick of the spinning, so hit the back button, now saying Domain Name is pending. 

 

Does that mean the payment worked??????????
