Domain name re-register

I received an email today to say that I had 5 days to re-new my domain name. I went through the payment process, which told me it failed. I noticed the card expiry was old, so I renewed my card details so they were up to date. I can not re-do the payment process now, because it is listed as pending and that it is taking longer than expected. How can I remake the payment now I have updated my card info?
