Domain name

Hi, it says the domain names problems were fixed, but we still cant seem to do ours?

Me too. Tried to register free name on Monday and nothing happened.  Then received email to remind me to claim free domain name on Tuesday but access was still down.  Tried again this morning and "claim free domain name" was gone from my account (have not yet managed to claim free name) and can only access "buy domain name" but even that won't work.

Over the last few days, we did have a problem with domains being unable to be claimed. Some users who have attempted to claim domain names during this period would now have lost their fee domain credit while the domain purchase wasn't processed. Our developers have a list of these clients (you're both on this list) and are correcting this problem now. We'll contact you when you're able to claim your free domains correctly.

We still can not get ours yet either. It has been a week of trying to get a domain name. When will this be fixed properly?
