Email forwarding is not working

I have sent test emails to my new address and it works perfectly, however when I try to send a test message from the contact page, it does not get forwarded to my gmail account.  I have tried using a couple of alternative addresses but still no forwarding

First of all, I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

 

When Atlas successfully forwards an email, the 'last email forwarded' time stamp will update accordingly. I tested with using the contact form from your website, the time stamp did update right away. Email forwarding has been working fine.

 

Alternatively, you can set your personal email address as the receiving email for the contact form. As this email address is not visible to customers when they complete the form.
