Email forwarding not working since 6 August 2019

It looks like my MYOB Atlas emails haven't been forwarded since 6 August 2019.  I have had clients say they were rejected, whilst others just never turned up.  I urgently need this problem fixed!  Anyone else having this problem and found a solutions?  I haven't made any recent changes so am at a loss what to do.

Neil thanks for your email. I have replied but perhaps you'll see this first. 

Go Daddy hold my domain name registration. For some reason the server is AWS - but I don't have an AWS account.  Does MYOB Atlas use AWS? And if so, can you fix?

 

If you are unable, Go Daddy said they could fix if the MX records if the name server is changed to Go Daddy.  They will need the nameserver information in this case. Could you please provide this.

As the domain name is no longer hosted by MYOB Atlas we do not have the ability to modify the MX records or any of the DNS records. Typically when a domain name is transferred to a registrar that registrar takes over maintenance of the DNS records as well as transferring them onto their servers, the previous registrar does not retain control of or editing ability of those name servers.

Neil I don't know how my site ended up being hosted by AWS, as my domain name is registered with Go Daddy...

Regardless I'm desperate to get my emails!  As requested can you please provide nameserve info so Go Daddy can take over the hosting and get my website directed to MYOB.  I can't afford to have the website down as well as emails. Thanks, Annette

I see you have sent us another email, to which I have responded, providing the appropriate DNS settings to link an external domain back to your MYOB Atlas site
