Emails not being forwarded into Outlook inbox

Good morning, up until Friday last week, I was forwarding my emails from MYOB to Outlook (via Gmail). They are now not being forwarded, and I am constantly asked by Google (in Outlook) to sign in (which I do), but it’s still not working. I have been in contact with my IT Specialist who has asked for the following information: • What are the server details, ie, SMTP server and IMAP server • What is the MYOB webmail page address so I can check my email settings. • Also, I can’t seem to access the Name Server Records on the MYOB website. Can you please help?

Re: Emails not being forwarded into Outlook inbox

Hi @trotskies

The MYOB Atlas email forwarding system is just that, email forwarding. It is not a full webmail system and as such there is no webmail page that you can log in to check your webmail settings for MYOB Atlas.

That said I can see that the timestamp is updating inside your Atlas site. This means that the emails are passing through the email forwarding system onto the nominated email address. If these emails weren’t being received then that would typically be indicative of the issue being on the receivers end. You may need to speak with your IT professional as to why those emails are not being received and may even want to see if the emails are accessible just through the Gmail site, without Outlook.

As domain name purchased through MYOB Atlas are setup to point back to the MYOB Atlas site, the DNS records are not displayed. If you did require them, such as if you were linking an external domain to your MYOB Atlas site you would need to request these from our team on
