Error on Atlas 'Change Plan'

Error on Atlas 'Change Plan'

I'm trying to change the current plan from Atlas Plus to Business Card and when I click on the green 'change plan' button, I keep receiving 'Whoops, something went wrong'.  Can you please advise how I address this matter.
