Fail to Transfer domain name to another registrar

I have emailed  atlas@myob.com to request assistant few days ago. Can anyone get back to me please?

As MYOB  Atlas is closing soon. When I try to transfer domain across to GoDaddy, GoDaddy Team said "Here's the official error text:

The registry rejected the transfer request due to an invalid authorization code.

(which I did follow step by step from your guildline -  Transfer domain name to another registrar
