MYOB ATLA Website Down - IP Address could not be found.

My website was working (for the last 7 years and then 2 days ago it went down). Now it is giving the error message IP Address could not be found.

I am planning to leave MYOB at the earliest opportunity based on my recent customer experience. My website has been down for 4 days and I can get no support. I will be looking for a new provider immediately and building a new website.

I have no currency issues. My whole website has gone down! Essentially nothing is currently working. Users cannot find my business!

Sorry to hear you were having issue with your Atlas website. 

 

Atlas support is available Monday - Friday during business hours AEST. I understand that over the weekend you have emailed our Atlas support team (atlas@myob.com) with more details, the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
