MYOB Atlas Direct Debits

I let my MYOB Atlas expire in June 15 and have just realised that $10 per month is still being direct debited. Do you know how to stop this and how to get a refund for the last 3 months?

Sorry to hear you are moving away from MYOB Atlas. If you have set up monthly direct debit with Atlas subscription, then it will continue until it's cancelled. Please note that domain names are renewed separately, expired domain names doesn't automatically cancel Atlas subscription. 

 

If you no long require Atlas, please be sure to fill in our cancellation form: http://myobatlas.co.nz/forms/cancellation-form.php. This will only take a few minutes and will be actioned within 5 days. Once your cancellation is processed you'll no longer be charged for your MYOB Atlas plan.
