MYOB Atlas - Domain Password not working

Hi, 

I am trying to move my domain to another provider. I have logged into my site and been given password but when I go to another provider to try and transfer it asks for the password, but it does not work.

 

Can you please advise.

Thanks for your post. Can you please email your domain name and account details to atlas@myob.com and an Atlas agent will be in touch.
