MYOB Atlas Email Not Forwarding Again

Emails are not forwarding from our MYOB Atlas email address to our nominated account again. When logging in the email forwarding tab indicates mail has been forwarded but it has not been received. I have tested this myself using another email and can confirm it is definitely not forwarding to us. 

I have emailed you directly about the same issue also.

Please fix again urgently.

I’ve raised this with our back-end team to investigate this with the upmost priority to find a resolution, and as soon as I have any information I will let you know.

 

Generally speaking if the timestamp updates it means that Atlas believes that the email has passed through the Atlas email forwarding system on the way to nominated email address. If the email doesn’t arrive it means that either Atlas is incorrect, and the email hasn’t been forwarded or that something is preventing the email from reaching the nominated inbox, such as the email being blocked on an email provider level before it reaches the destination.

I do apologise for the delay, however our team have advised me that they have corrected a few issues preventing the email forwarding system from working as it should. Your email forwarding system should now be working as anticipated. Please do try sending yourself a test email and let us know if you don’t receive it

New emails are now being received.  Thank you.

Old emails must have been lost.
