Hi,
I am having issues receiving emails into my gmail account. I have had numerous phonecalls advising that emails that have been sent to me today are bouncing back to the sender. Everything was fine yesterday and now nothing. I am desperately trying to finalize EOF and can't even access my MYOB account because the "We've just sent an authentication code to your email" keeps coming up, but I can't access it to get the code.
VERY FRUSTRATED AND REQUESTING HELP ASAP!!!!

I just came on to report the same thing. Just started this afternoon and like you I am forwarding to gmail.

Sorry to hear you are both having issue with your email forwarding address created within your Atlas website. This has been raised with our developers, who are currently investigating this matter. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, we'll let you know once it's resolved.
On a side note I'd like to mention that Atlas email forwarding addresses aren't real email addresses, it's merely an alias that forwards all incoming emails to your nominated personal email address. It does not have an inbox that you can log in to or send email from, it also cease to work when the domain expires. It would be best to have a personal email address (e.g. @gmail.com, @live.com etc)set up as the log in email address for AccountRight, which would be a full email address and has no risk of expiring.

Same for us too...I have just been advised customers are getting email bounce backs.
Has the forwarding service accidently been turned off 3 months early?
Prompt attention would be appreciated.

Also having issues. I can't recieve emails which means I don't recieve work requests. This has happened before and should be an easy fix. I hope that the emails that haven't been recieved will come through once the issue is resolved.

I have been waiting for this to be fixed since yesterday too, emails can be sent out but nothing comes in.
This is the busiest time of the year for us and we are losing all incoming request emails. Plus the customers wouldn't know that we are not receiving emails.
I have sent myob atlas an email too, but of course still no reply from them yet. Please try to fix this as soon as possible.
