Not receiving emails through my atlas myob website

Hi,

 

I am not receiving emails through my website “justrestorations.co.nz. I’ve sent some test messages using my partners email address and it comes up as “

Thank you, Sam!

Your message has been sent, we'll be in contact shortly “

however im not receiving them into my gmail account. I was informed yesterday from a supplier than my emails are bouncing back also. I’m unaware of how long this has been happening but I know I haven’t received any email queries in a few week ( this may be unrelated). Can you please check in the background to see why this is happening?

Welcome to the Community Forum!!

 

The email address set up for this domain is forwarding your emails to a Hotmail account and not the Gmail one as you mentioned. Therefore, I would recommend checking if that email address is set up correctly under Site Settings>> Email Addresses and updating it in case it's incorrect. However, if all the settings are correct, send us your email address by Private Message so we can investigate further from our end.
