Not receiving external emails

Not receiving external emails

Hi,

 

I have just transfered my domain name from Crazydomains and sent the information to them that you provided, I recieved confirmation from Crazy domains that this had been done.

 

I can send emails but I am not receiving any from external addresses and clients.

 

Do I have to go into the backend of outlook and change the STMTP or Incoming Mail Server details?

Thank you for your post, I hope you're finding helpful information on the Community Forum. 

 

Can I please confirm whether you use email forwarding through your Atlas website ? If so, the email forwarding system in MYOB Atlas is not a full system, it only allows emails to be forwarded on, you cannot use MYOB Atlas to directly send emails from your email forwarding address. 

 

However if you do have an email service set up else where, I would suggest contacting your email service provider or the Domain registrar.
