Renewal message again

I just got this email - when I check altas settings is states I paid already. Is this a scram?

This email is a spam email and we would recommend blocking this sender to avoid receiving communications in the future. We've also notified the relevant teams of this who will look at blocking the sender domain. In the meanwhile, please ignore this email if you've already paid and blacklist the sender.
